Herbert has been an Auctioneer and Appraiser since 1948. Known as "the Auctioneer's Auctioneer", he is one of the most knowledgeable and experienced Auctioneer's in the United States. His experience is invaluable, offering our clients an unparalleled edge in achieving maximum values for their capital assets. He has also been a member in long standing of several professional auction organizations including the National Auctioneers Association; the New Jersey State Society of Auctioneers; and the New York State Auctioneers Association. Herbert's vast experience as an Appraiser is legendary. He has qualified as an expert witness and has testified time and time again in Federal, State and local courts. A member of the American Society of Appraisers, Herbert is also a respected member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the New Jersey Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association. Herbert is proud to have served as a member of the United States Marine Corps during the Korean Conflict and has been a member of the Masonic Order for over 50 years.

Ronny's success as an Auctioneer has earned him an enviable reputation. Having the highest credentials an auctioneer can achieve and the vast experience of personally conducting thousands of public auction sales over 25 years, Ronny serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the New Jersey State Society of Auctioneers. He is also a member of the National Auctioneers Association. Ronny is also a highly skilled Appraiser, providing expert perspectives on asset valuations in assisting financial institutions, corporations and governmental agencies make informed and timely decisions. Ronny is a long-standing member of the American Society of Appraisers and the Association of Machinery and Equipment Appraisers. Ronny has been in the auction & appraisal business his entire life. As a teenager, Ronny was preparing inventories, equipment and machinery for his grandfather, founder Samuel Caspert and father, Herbert Caspert. Upon graduation from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Ronny continued his education at the prestigious Missouri School of Auctioneering and attained the designation of Certified Auctioneer at Indiana University's Certified Auctioneers Institute.

MITCHELL CASPERT

Mitchell devoted 18 years to the supervision and administration of attorneys at two prominent New York City law firms. He brings his legal experience and education, business acumen and technology "know how" to the business he grew up in: the auction and appraisal business. Mitchell received his Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University's Martin J. Whitman School of Management and was awarded his Juris Doctor degree from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Turnaround Management Association, and the National Auctioneers Association. Mitchell prides himself on staying abreast of trends and developments in the law and technology. He has lectured attorneys about technology and has moderated "Ask A Lawyer", a weekly television program airing in the New York City metropolitan area. Mitchell has always pursued philanthropic endeavours and is a founding member of Project Bright Future, a 10 year old children's charitable organization. He has also been elected to serve as an Exective Committee Member on the Board of Directors of the Angelman Syndrome Foundation.

BERNARD SENCER, ASA, AAA
Senior Appraiser


Bernie is a noted professional machinery and equipment Appraiser. His well credentialed appraisals are designed to meet the varied needs of courts, insurance professionals and banking industry officials. Bernie is currently the only individual serving on both the Board of Governors of the American Society of Appraisers (where he is certified as a Senior Member) and the Board of Directors of the Appraisers Association of America. He is also a panelist at the American Arbitration Association. Bernie graduated from the University of Rochester with a Bachelor of Science in Business and was then awarded a Masters in Business Administration from Baruch School of City College of New York.

RICHARD SCHMIDT

Richard has over 35 years of experience in every aspect of auction industry. Richard has been with Caspert Management full-time for almost 20 years as an Auctioneer and as our Chief Auction Coordinator. His duties include supervising our crews at various auction sites throughout the United States to prepare for and to conduct public auction sales. Richard also oversees the dismantling and removal process. Richard's credo: "Only proper preparation and promotion will assure a successful auction."

Carl Sartori
Professional Appraiser & Auctioneer


Immediately after graduating, with honors, from William Paterson College in New Jersey, Carl began his career as an auctioneer and appraiser working for the only auction house in the country that specialized in the graphic arts and allied industries exclusively. For a period of thirteen years, he visited hundreds of printing facilities in the US, Canada and the Caribbean, for the purposes of inventorying equipment for estate planning, insurance, liquidation and auction value. From 1995 through 1998, Carl was as an account executive with the largest re-seller of Macintosh computers systems on the East Coast. In 1997, the Scitex Corporation authorized his company as one of only two regional dealers to be certified Scitex reseller. That year Carl configured and sold the single largest installation of computer pre-press equipment in the company’s history. Beginning in 1998, Carl was the director of sales and database manager for AF Lewis Information Services and the Graphic Arts Blue Book, a division of Reed Business Information. During his tenure at the Reed, he worked as a consultant to some of the largest corporations in the world including, Xerox, Agfa, Ricoh, Canon, International Paper and Heidelberg. Today Carl is widely known as a leading authority of graphic arts equipment evaluations. In addition to his appraisal work and auction expertise, his reputation and experience as a leading industry consultant and marketing authority are irreproachable.

Vincent has over 30 years of experience in the auction, liquidation and appraisal business. Well respected by Bankruptcy Trustee's, Attorneys & Other Financial Professionals, Vincent has been the President of Henry A. Leonard & Company, Inc., Professional Auctioneers & Appraisers for several years. His knowledgeable & friendly "auctioneering demeanor" makes him a most popular auctioneer. We are pleased to benefit from Vincent's ability to auction and appraise a wide variety of commodities from almost any business. Vincent is licensed by the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs and is a long standing member of the New York State Auctioneer's Association and the National Auctioneer's Associtation.
