Extended Bidding: Each item in this auction is subject to a Soft Close, meaning any bid arriving within the last two (2) minutes of the item’s closing time, extends the time that item is open by one (1) minute. Soft Close begins on Tuesday, June 2 starting at 11:30 am ET.
Payment: Invoices will be available in the winning bidder's account shortly after the conclusion of the auction (i.e. last lot sold) late Tuesday afternoon, June 2. We offer multiple ways to pay for your purchase (Prior to Removal) but in no case later than Friday, June 5:
Pick Up Dates & Times: Wednesday afternoon, June 3 from 12:00 noon to 4:00 pm ET for small items; Thursday & Friday, June 4 & 5 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm ET; and if necessary, Monday, June 8 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
Removal Guidelines: The buyer will be responsible for bringing help and equipment to load any item they have purchased. We will bring your item(s) to the Loading Dock. WE WILL NOT LOAD YOUR TRUCK.
Shipping: PRG and the Auction Company do not pack, palletize, store, crate, load, rig or ship items.
Buyer's Premium: There is a 15% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction.
Sales Tax: Sales Tax (6.625%) will be collected with each invoice.

No Returns: All sales are final. Once an item has left the auction site there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges. No exceptions.
Quantity Times the Bid: Quantity Times the Bid, also referred to as “times the money”, means that when similar or compatible items are being offered, the price for one item is multiplied by the number of items sold.
